Well, at long last, I have a real desk. Too bad I haven't had a chance to really enjoy it yet. I came home today to a filthy kitchen, a filthy stove, and a filthy house. I haven't had a scrap of food today, and it looks like I may just go to bed that way.

I've had enough of washing everyone's dishes, including my own, and so I'm boxing up the dishes I really like because I'm sick of being the only person to have enough respect and care to wash them. It's going to lead to a fight. But I'm past the point of caring. I'm not a maid.

But, I will say, the desk is quite spacious. I really like it, and I got it for a steal! $25!! I'll do some serious writing here (when the house is somewhat back in order).

I've been working on a resume and a cover letter that may just end my nightmare of living with other people. But, I sat down to write a journal because I noticed I hadn't done so in over a month. (And Sesshomarufangirl wrote to me, so I figured people were getting kinda worried.)

I'm just so tired of being the only person to focus on any housework, because after that and working a 40 hour week, when is that supposed to leave time for my writing? I know Rudy's band is very important, but how come their days off are so sacred they can't do a load of laundry, or a load of dishes, or vacuum the damn living room!? Rudy has made a great deal of progress, but with three people living under one roof, I think three people should be helping with all of the work.

But I'm sure I'll just be called a "bitch", or "Yoko Ono", or a "nagging wife", or something else that a douchebag would say in this case.

I want a better job. I want to be able to keep a somewhat clean house so I can focus on writing when I get home rather than cleaning. I want some fucking privacy for my husband and me to have a REAL life.
